Please, note that by booking your appointment you are agreeing to my non-negotiable policies listed below. Cancellations/Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in a 50% charge of service total. I do have a 15 minute grace period, Anything past that 15 minute mark will also result in appointment being cancelled & a 50% charge of service fee. (Please communicate with me) No call, no shows - will be charged 100% of the service fee total No Extra Guests Policy To ensure a calm, focused, and professional environment, no extra guests or children are allowed at appointments. This policy helps maintain a clean, distraction-free space, allowing me to provide the best possible service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! - These charges will NOT be added towards your next service and appointment. This goes directly to the service provider for their time taken. If you need to reschedule or cancel TEXT (602)330-7564 with your first/last name + appointment date/time. NO REFUNDS. If you file a dispute with your bank over a charge, you acknowledged the potential charge before making an appointment. At the time of booking, you are asked to acknowledge and accept my cancellation policy. This means you understand the possible charges if you cancel last minute or no show.
